By submitting this form, you acknowledge that we operate on an invoice basis which we will provide after we have discussed your request with you.

A deposit of 50% is required at confirmation of booking, with final payment to be made 14 days prior to your tour.

If cancellation occurs more than 28 days prior to your tour, the deposit paid is fully refundable. If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to your tour, payments made are non-refundable.

Jenny reserves the right to cancel a booked tour and refund payments made, for any unforeseen reasons, such as extreme weather conditions.
